Refund policy

Exchange Policy

• Eligibility: Exchanges are available for manufacturing defects (e.g., faulty RGB lighting). Aesthetic issues (e.g., minor scratches) and damage due to misuse are not covered.
• Process: Contact us within 30 days of receiving the product. After approval, return the product for an exchange at no additional cost.

Warranty Policy 

• Coverage: We offer a 1-year warranty for manufacturing defects (RGB lighting, USB hub, structural issues). Aesthetic issues and damage from misuse are not covered.
• Exclusions: Improper assembly, excessive force, or modifications void the warranty.
• Claims: Contact us with proof of purchase for evaluation. Shipping costs for warranty claims are the customer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise.
